This privacy policy sets out the conditions under which the Long.sk e-shop handles the personal information you provide when using the Long.sk web site via computers, tablets, smartphones.

In order to provide you with quality services, we need to know basic information about you. Some of them have, under Act No. 122/2013 Z.z., on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "ZOOÚ") and the GDPR Regulation the nature of personal data. We declare that we will handle and handle your personal data in accordance with the aforementioned law, the GDPR provisions and the related valid legislation of the Slovak Republic.




Protecting your privacy is the top priority for us.




Therefore, please read the rows below, explaining which personal data we will process, how we process it and which personal data is provided or made available.




1. Who is the operator?




An operator is a natural or legal person who is responsible for the protection and processing




personal data either in paper or electronic form.




DAMIP s.r.o. is in accordance with Article 4 (7) of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) by the controller of personal data.




 




2. Who is the person concerned?




The person concerned is any natural person whose personal data is processed by DAMIP s.r.o. in my




information system as an operator.




 




3. How and for what purpose do we obtain and process your personal information?




We will collect and further process your personal information under generally binding law




regulations or on your consent. These are in particular the following purposes, which are set out below:




· Order handling - without consent;




· Fulfillment of the concluded contract - without consent;




· Marketing purposes - required consent




 




The legal basis of processing for purposes where your consent is not required is, in particular, the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the contract, fulfilling obligations under generally binding legal regulations or protecting our rights and the rights of protected interests.




The conclusion of a contract is voluntary, but you are required to provide personal information for that purpose under the law. The provision of personal data is a condition for the conclusion of a contract. Failure to provide personal data may result in denial of the DAMIP s.r.o.




 




We process your personal data for marketing purposes only on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may revoke at any time. The marketing purpose is mainly our activity




in direct marketing - offering products including profiling (targeted marketing offer), newsletter, or stock price information.




 




We get your personal information right from you.




 




4. What personal data will we process about you?




For the purposes listed in point 3, we will process the following personal data:




 




Before you shop in e-shop it is advisable to register. Registration is not mandatory.




· Name and surname, exact address including country (or address to be included on tax receipt (invoice)




· Your email address (serves for your identification on the system and for communicating with you)




· Phone number including international prefix (for faster contact with you)




· Optional other addresses (if you wish to deliver the shipment to a different address than the billing address)




· If you are buying as a company / tradesman, you also need to provide: business name, VAT ID, VAT number and VAT ID (for invoice issuance and correct posting).




· Your personal rates, respectively. the degree of who is assigned the intended clothing. (Check the order of the size ordered).




The user hereby guarantees the completeness, truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data and undertakes to inform us of any changes and modifications. If you provide us with third party information, you represent that you have express consent to the provision of personal information about that person to our company, you are solely responsible for informing them of their use, including obtaining explicit consent in accordance with these privacy policies data.




For loss or damage caused to the Long.sk e-shop operator due to the indication of erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete, misleading information in the registration form, respectively. Completion of the order is the sole responsibility of the user (buyer).


Failure to provide certain mandatory information may mean that you can not manage your registration as a user or use certain features or services available through the My Account section. Please note that data controllers are authorized to process your personal information without your consent in order to conclude and meet the terms of the purchase agreement for products offered on Long.sk e-shop.




 




These data are stored in a protected database so you do not need to re-write them every time you visit. We process your data for the purpose of furnishing and delivering your order, the mutual fulfillment of our contractual rights and obligations. Most of these data is required for our accounting and billing system. You can change your data and other settings at any time. update via e-mail or My Account. In case you wish to cancel your registration, please email us. Your account will be deactivated within 10 days of receipt of the consent withdrawal and the data will be deleted.

6. Where will your personal data be processed?




Your personal data may be processed in the countries of the European Economic Area (hereinafter referred to as "EEA").


7. What are your rights in relation to your personal data?




Within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation and generally binding legislation

In order to equip your request and to identify the applicant uniquely as being concerned




we are entitled to request additional information.




If you meet all the conditions for processing your request, we will reply to you within thirty days of receipt of your request. The response to your request is free of charge, but in the event of a similar request or manifestly unjustified or disproportionate requirements, we may charge the applicant with a reasonable fee for processing the request. In the case of a similar request or manifestly unjustified or disproportionate requirements, we may also refuse to act on this request.




 




8. How can you object to the processing of your personal data?




If the relevant generally binding legislation allows you, you have the right to object to processing your personal data and requesting termination of the processing of your personal data. Immediately upon receipt of this request, we will no longer process your personal data unless the relevant generally binding legislation permits.

9. How long do we keep your personal information?




We keep your personal information and records that include your personal information,




we decommission and dispose of in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, in particular the Accounting Act, by the tax laws of the Slovak Republic as follows:




· Accounting system - ten (10) years from the end of the calendar year of invoice issuance;




· My Account-th (3) years from registration or last order execution;




· Complaints, suggestions, complaints - ten (10) years after their resolution - filing of the file;




· Customer campaigns and related documentation - five (5) years from the campaign;




· Loyalty programs - three (3) years from membership cancellation;




· Regular correspondence - five (5) years from filing the file;




 




We will not keep your personal information longer than necessary.

In our store, you do not enter any information that would directly relate to working with money on your accounts. All currently offered forms of electronic banking (payment for goods over the Internet) are made directly on your bank's website, respectively. Pay Pal service, which will only provide us with information on the success of your payment and your name, when paying by bank transfer your account number (so that we can identify the payment and return it if necessary). In any case, we will not learn any other information, such as your login, CVV or CVC, or the balance on your account.




During your visit, the temporary information that is needed for the proper functioning of the store (for example, what you put in the shopping cart when you came to the site) is kept on our server.




Whenever you log on to www.long.sk, you can check your personal details and, if necessary, change them in the My Account section.




We do not disclose your personal information as stated above, we do not provide it, we do not provide any other entities, except organizations with which cooperation is necessary for the proper handling of your order. These are in particular delivery services (your surname and address of delivery of ordered goods). However, these data are always provided on a one-off basis to fit your specific order. We protect the Personal Data Database from damage, destruction, loss and misuse.




In connection with the processing of your personal data, § 15 par. (1) e) point 3 and 4 of the ZOOÚ that the data will be provided and made available to the following third parties, of the beneficiaries:

and their partner partner organizations delivering the goods.




Sending orders also confirm that we will in accordance with applicable legislation informed that as the seller will be in the process of concluding and implementing the sales contract process your personal data without your consent as the person concerned, since the processing of your personal data is carried out in the pre-contractual relationships and processing of your personal data is essential for ordering, delivering goods, and entering into a purchase contract in which you act as one of the parties.

We are only authorized to process your personal data after the end of the original processing purpose to the extent necessary for statistical, accounting and research purposes and to provide third parties or the public with aggregated customer statistics in general, traffic, turnover and other data, but in anonymized form that on their basis it will not be possible to identify individual customers in any way.




The timing of the collection and processing of personal data is as stated above.




As a person concerned, you may apply to us in writing all your rights under Section 28 and Section 29 of the ZOOO. If you suspect that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to file a personal data protection action at the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic, based in Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
